TERMS OF SERVICE

THE AGREEMENT

These terms apply to the mobile game = 0, published by MAI Studio. By installing or playing it you accept them. If you do not, do not use the game.

YOUR LICENCE

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own, for your own use. The game, its code, art, audio, and name remain the property of MAI Studio. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them, or misrepresent the game as your own.

THE PURCHASE

The daily board is free. A single one-time In-App Purchase unlocks unlimited seeds. The purchase is made through, and governed by, the terms of Apple's App Store or Google Play; refunds are handled by the store you bought it from, under its rules. The unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored on any device signed into that account, using the restore option in the app.

FAIR WARNING ABOUT CHANGE

The game is balanced continuously. Card pools, opponents, prices, and rules may change between versions, and a seed played on one version may deal differently on another — that is why shared scorecards carry a pool version number. No change entitles anyone to a refund of the one-time purchase, which unlocks a feature, not a particular balance.

NO WARRANTY

The game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, MAI Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

TERMINATION

The licence ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

If these terms change materially, the date above changes with them, and continued play after a change is acceptance of it.
